Book Reviews: Liberalism

This weeks #bookoftheweek is Liberalism by Ludwig von Mises. The accompanying #cocktail is The Liberal:

1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey, or bourbon
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/4 ounce amaro liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish

Put all but garnish in cocktail shaker with ice, stir until chilled. Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with lemon twist.
